Opportunity:
At Kasasa, culture isn’t just a concept—it’s a visual language embodied in The Patch, a symbol that represents the company’s core values. Over the years, I’ve transformed this symbol into wearable expressions of identity, designing apparel and accessories that connect employees to the company’s mission in a tangible way.
Approach:
From bowling team jerseys to annual corporate event merchandise, I’ve seamlessly woven The Patch into designs that reflect each event’s unique theme. By integrating meaningful storytelling with bold visuals, I ensured that every piece resonated beyond the moment—becoming a badge of pride rather than just another company t-shirt.

Impact:
These designs have left a lasting imprint on the company’s culture, with employees so connected to the work that some have even gotten tattoos of my creations. Over my 13-year tenure—across multiple roles, including non-design positions—I’ve been entrusted with more than 15 unique designs, reinforcing The Patch as a powerful emblem of belonging and engagement.
